
Robin Boudette is a retired psychologist. For the past number of years, she has been teaching yoga and meditation. She has completed multiple teacher training programs including:
Her main meditation teachers, Anna Douglas and Shaila Catherine, are rooted in the tradition of Theravada Buddhism. She attended the Mindfulness in Medicine Training with Jon Kabat-Zinn and is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She has also trained with Diane Reibel at the Mindfulness Institute at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Teaching locally since 2002, Robin has offered programs in healthcare, higher education, in nature and in workplace settings. She has presented at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Omega Institute and Tibet House in NYC. In 2016, she began working with Dr. Judson Brewer offering online programs including the Behavior Change Facilitator Training for healthcare professionals. She offers classes and retreats in partnership with Mindfulness Northwest.
Committed to the dismantling of racism and the promotion of evidenced-based solutions, she is on the board of the Racial Equity Initiative. Recognizing the over population of dogs and senseless euthanasia of dogs, she is dedicated to life release practice and volunteers for Southern Comfort Animal Rescue.
